HALLOWEEN PAINTINGS!

I seem to forget about my blog these days, but that doesn't mean I am not still painting folk art. These are my latest paintings available on ebay. The easiest way to find my art on ebay is to type "folk art cris" in the search bar. Halloween kitties are the best subjects!

Here are some of my latest creations. The fox is needle felted from 100% wool roving. The painting represents two of my favorite things; Vincent Van Gogh and my hometown of St. Louis! Both items are available on Ebay. Follow the links above~

 New Year! New Paintings!

Three of them are available on Ebay. Follow the link at the top of the page.

I have been doing a lot of experimenting with my painting. I like trying out impressionistic styles of folk art and dabbling with landscapes. I still enjoy painting my folksy people with cats. Several of my clients collect these. I will continue with these along with new styles.

The painting below is not for sale. It is an impression of my dear niece's wedding reception. It was a beautiful snowy night and there was a veranda overlooking St. Louis. The wedding party was warming their selves near a fire pit. I like how the subjects look like they could be from another era.
