Honoring Mothers Everywhere!

My latest paintings are in honor of mothers everywhere...all colors, shapes, and sizes...even the mothers of "furry" children! The first painting was inspired by a memory I have when my daughters were little. I spent a sunny afternoon fashioning wreaths and crowns of flowers for them to wear on their heads. Before I knew it, I was making them for all the little neighborhood girls! My poor Bridal Wreath bush hardly had any blooms left by the end of the day. The painting is called "Flower Momma".

The second painting is called "Momma's Arms". I never tire of my sweet Momma's arms even though I have been grown up a very long time. I wrote an old Jewish proverb on this painting.

Both of these are available on Ebay now. The link is at the top of this page. Have a nice weekend!

I love the flower crown story and the painting that goes with it too!!

I also love the fact you hug your mum, my mum has never been like that, but I intend on being the huggiest mum around with my kids!! :)
